I had a great stay. The location was excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to walk to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The place was comfortable and convenient, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan.

Awesome location and nice apartment for 2 people
The bathroom and towels (stains and hairs from previous guests) weren't really clean

The location was fantastic. Around the corner from Republic Square so a short stroll to the Armenian National Museum and Art Gallery as well as enjoying the wonderful ambience in the evening. Yerevan is very picturesque with lovely places close by to eat. Tavern Yerevan was awesome serving delicious Armenian food.
I always like to give positive reviews but in this case I need to be honest. The mattress was terrible. It was saggy in the middle and creaky and no support. The bathroom had an unpleasant odour and the floor could have been cleaner. These things are all easily fixed though which is good because it’s a good apartment otherwise in a fabulous location.
