Villino Alfredo C is a charming cottage situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. From Villino Alfredo C you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden. Villino Alfredo C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find shops and the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards). You will reach Villino Alfredo C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a succesful stay at Villino Alfredo C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Villino Alfredo C is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex (you can find these holiday homes on this website). The small complex is located on the side of a greenhill and it consists of three cottages. Each cottage has its own garden. From the cottages you will have direct access, through a short path which crosses the garden, to the large shared pool and green area perfect for your kids games.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels.Available upon request: beach/pool towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. You will share the pool area with guests staying at a nearby hotel. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has three windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). Loved our holiday here and would recommend it. Lovely private garden and very easy access via a 1 minute walk to the pool.
Only an 8 minute walk to the nearest bus stop so although we hired a car, we rarely used it. Buses are very cheap.

Loved Villino Alfredo C. There were four adults staying and, in the living room, only one small sofa and two pouffes to sit on as well as dining chairs. So not very comfy. Other than that... Excellent.
The owner and his team are excellent, very friendly and so so helpful.
