Courthouse Hotel London

Lovely large room and very clean

Breakfast was a bit of a let down

Location

Breakfast staff unaccomodating my allergies but the duty manager sorted and provided me with nice breakfast Hindsight tell them the day before which may of helped I didn’t leave hungry and it was delicious

We had a truly wonderful stay! The team was super helpful throughout our trip, and the hotel amenities were spot on. The only small hiccup was that the hardworking kitchen team could be just a little friendlier and more patient with guests. That normally would’ve taken a star off my review, but the genuine hospitality across the rest of the hotel more than made up for it—so no points deducted! Overall, warmly recommended :)

Kitchen team böoooo :)

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. No problem with leaving bag much earlier than check in time & again after we checked out as we had a day in the capital planned before we travelled home. Also, no problem with extra tea, coffee, milk etc which was delivered to us on 6th floor

Looking at the floor plan in our room for fire escape etc we had, by far the smallest room on that floor despite booking a couple of months in advance. The room wasn't cheap. Maybe it was because we booked through a third agent (i.e. Booking.com?) Room was a bit tired, window wouldn't open properly, shower needed attention and toilet wasn't functioning properly - shutoff valve was defective so continually trying to fill the cistern. Had we been staying for longer, I would have reported all at the time but wasn't worth it & I knew I would get at least 6 emails asking for my review!
