Spa Jardines de Lorca

The reception staff were pleasantly welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfasts were poor with the cooked breakfast, and all the plates, being cold.

The staff in the restaurant were indifferent to us, rarely even smiling.

Really comfortable room, large balcony and bathroom, comfy bed with good pillows. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced. The hotel is located close to the centre of Lorca, an easy and pleasant walk away. Car parking was free and secure.

Nothing, it was all super.

The hotel was clean and most staff very friendly. We loved having the pool and the restaurant was great!

The rooms were perhaps slightly outdated but still clean and comfortable. You could hear other guests very clearly

Its a reasonable hotel in a posh part of the town, surrounded by mansions and leafy avenues. Receptionist went out of his way to be helpful. Large bedrooms and bathroom. I didn't bother to find the spa, I think it was a separate building. Good parking Easy to walk to the town and restaurants.

Unfortunately they were in the middle of refurbishment so there was no lobby. Workmen everywhere and dust and noise. There was a warning in the booking but hadn't appreciated the level of disruption! There is also a new railway being built through the city which is between the hotel and the town so there are noisy and very dusty concrete trucks coming up and down constantly. I'm sure it will be a great option once all the works are over.
