Decor, location, size and comfort of rooms, very friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike

We didn’t use the hotel restaurant on the first night in an attempt to eat locally but discovered on the second night that it was excellent.

Hotel was fine - Nicely positioned
Insufficient staff in the restaurant for dinner - 2 waiters for a full restaurant wasn’t enough. The staff did their best but it was an impossible ask.

Breakfast very enjoyable with nice ambience and friendly waiter. Room very clean. Hotel full of character. Easy and safe parking to the rear.
Room very small. No towel rail. Window up very high and no view. Although the restaurant is full of character, there was no choice on set menu and a la carte menu very expensive, and food somewhat underwhelming.
