On the first floor and going down a flight of stairs of 7 steps, we find the first flat with a living room with decorative fireplace, separate kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a glazed terrace.
On the lower floor and going down a second flight of stairs of 13 steps, we find the second independent flat, with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with decorative fireplace, glazed terrace, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a full bathroom with shower. On this floor you will also have access to a pleasant barbecue area with table for outdoor dining.
Outside the villa:
From the barbecue area and going down a flight of stairs, we reach the swimming pool with Roman stairs to access inside, outdoor shower and sun loungers area for sunbathing.
The villa has a covered parking area at the entrance of the villa, at street level, as can be seen in the photos.
It is located 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the rocky beach ‘Cala Les Urques “, 2 km from the sandy beach ”Playa de puerto blanco’, 3 km from the supermarket, 4 km from the train station of Calpe, 4 km from the centre of Calpe, and 78 km from the airport of Alicante.

Super clean and the management team were super helpful when I had queries of them.
I would say you don’t have enough cooking utensils for people who like to cook, it’s probably okay for people making simple dinners though. Also the bbq needs some sort of rack to keep the food elevated away from the coals. There could also be a few more electrical heaters provided for when it gets really cold.

La Villa esta muy bien, bastante amplia y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Lo mejor sin duda la parte exterior con piscina y barbacoa
Aunque la villa esta bien, el mobiliario y utensilios de cocina ya se ven antiguos, pensamos que actualizandolos un poco tendría mucho más valor
