Ryad Nayla

Really nice Ryad which we stayed in, it is on the outskirts of the main city - about a 30 minute walk to the center so not too bad when it wasn't hot. There was a kids table and chairs which was really nice for my daughter The pool was really nice, 3 pools meant it was spacious even with more people. Lots of cafes show inside the gated area but they all sell the same thing TV which had youtube which was great Wifi also worked fairly well - a little spotty but generally useable

There was not many things in the kitchen in terms of cutlery so couldn't really eat unless we ordered with cutlery separate. Also no microwave as shown in the picture (i warmed up milk on the stove) which meant turning a gas canister on and off every time The cot did not have a proper mattress and instead blankets were provided to make a base - my daughter is older so we put he in the bed with us but for someone who would need to use the cot it would not be recommended. There is no AC in 1 room which got very hot at night (a fan was given but not the best)

Lovely large house in secure residential area with cafes and small shops and good shared pool area nearby. Holiday home with traditional deco on several floors with cool rooms with a/c. Comfortable beds and nice showers.

Small things to improve experience. Only basic verbal intro but could have been written instructions of how to work equipment and residence location map would have been helpful. Needed lighter for gas cooker and old batteries werent working in some remote controls eg. TV, a/c.

It has a true experience of staying in a traditional riad

There were 8 of us, but there is only space for 6 people to sleep, no extra sheets or towels for two more people, although when I searched through booking it said it can accommodate 8. The pool ticket was also only for 6 people.
