The villa was superb and just what we asked for. It's quite large with all modern services. The kitchen is a good size with large american style fridge with water and ice dispenser. Also has a Dishwasher, microwave and Krupps coffee machine.4 great sized double bedrooms all with air con. Living room is also large with a 3 piece sofa set, dining table and large smart tv. Wifi in house and also down to pool worked very well. outside there is a large terrace area with wicker dining set, a stone bbq with extractor fan (we loved this) and grassed area leading to the large pool.There is also a family of tortoise living in the garden.Nino (owner) couldn't do enough and kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. We were welcomed with a cheese plate, meat plate, wine, homemade bread and cake. He also brought us fresh lettuce from his garden for our BBQ. I can't recommend the villa and hosts enough and we will definitely be going back.To make it better, there is a supermarket and restaurant (Domesticos) which was very good and only a 5 min walk from villa.It's also close to the beautiful village of Cavtat. You really need to see this place.Thank you Nino and Rafaella

This villa was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. We felt so welcomed when we arrived thanks to Nino. We really enjoyed the lovely cake and freshly baked bread. The cheese board and wine was a lovely touch too. I would 100% recommend Villa antonija, this was our first time in a Villa, and we will definitely be returning one day. Thank you Nino, we had an amazing stay.

Villa Antonija is quite simply perfect - the best villa we have every stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few all over Europe. There were six adults in our partyThe villa is spotless with everything you could want. Lots of places, both indoor and outside to be together socialising and chatting or to be in your own space.The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge freezer (with ice maker) and a bean to cup coffee machine (home-from-home). Living room is big with sofas, seats and large dining table & chairs - with large TV to catch up on movies of an evening.All the bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds and pillows and bathrooms are well appointed.The outdoor space and garden is very large with plenty of spots to take in the sun or to relax in the shade. It got a bit chilly at night in May so lighting a fire with logs provided by Nino meant we chatted and had a glass or two of wine late into the night.The pool is heated and inviting, and perfect for a swim to cool offNino and Rafaella are fabulous hosts - we arrived to a welcome pack of fabulous food and drink and Nino popped round with lots of delicious cakes and wine - they are both kind and very generous people.Although next to the airport there is very little aircraft noise - the bird song is more prominent. Cavtat which is a magical place is close by as is a lovely restaurant and convenience store stocking everything you need (both within a 5 minute walk)We can't wait to return.

The welcome we received from Nino and his family was fantastic, we were greeted with homemade food and drinks which was so kind of them.The villa was explained to us and was as good as expected everyone could want was supplied and the outside space was large with several seating areas which suited our needs for both sun and shade.The villa is within minutes of the airport but at no time did the noise from planes affect us.The fact that you could walk to a supermarket and a restaurant was a bonus .We would love to return and enjoy this lovely villa and the great hospitality of Nino and his family.
