Kent was great really friendly guy and let me check in really early.
Some stains on sheets but very minor.

The location of the property makes it easy to access Cat Co 1 beach. I stayed on 5th floor and had a decent spacious room. Kent was very friendly and informative. He was very patient with me and answered all my queries.
I would rate this place top notch for a solo female traveller. 🤗

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to the town, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us with tours and transportation. We truly enjoyed our time in Cat Ba and would definitely stay here again.

It looks better online. Simple rooms. Big clean beds.
Breakfast is not worth bothering with. Go outside and have a good breakfast down the street. Every service he offers is more expensive than any other company (even laundry). Cockroaches in the wetroom. Wetroom doesnt dry and gets really disgusting after family of 5 try to shower. Windows open with seaview but road and roof mean you dont feel safe leaving them open overnight. Wifi is spotty. An elderly lady opened our room and walked in one day. Not unfriendly owner just not friendly.
