The Host was welcoming and most kind in explaining the amenities, local restaurants on the beach and the location of a grocery store. When asked if he could possibly arrange transportation to the airport for me, he immediately did so. The location is ideal and everything was extremely clean.
There was nothing negative.

Everyone we engaged with (Ivano, Sergio, and his lovely wife) was amazing. This may be more about our understanding, but we didn't realize it was a shared space. The balcony was a godsend.
If you are looking for wonderful people and a good price, not to mention being able to work with Ivano for a ride to and from the airport at a fraction of other options. Please rent this place. They will take care of you.
The road noise was a bit much for us, but we are rural people. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, but I mentioned this to them, and I assume they will address that. It is not the best location for getting to the more popular sites but has great access to Ostia Antica, which may be the better site for antiquities if you don't like crowds.

I would definitely stay again. Both brothers were extremely kind and helpful. The beach is close, and only a short train ride to Rome.

It was close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood , except for the garbage truck at night. There was a shared kitchen and basic breakfast items were provided. I requested some protein be included and they put some yogurt in the fridge for us. I asked about getting to and from the airport and the owner picked us up and dropped us off the next morning, for a small fee. Beautiful sunset walk at the beach finished our travels.
