Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region, NY

The carpets don't seem like they had ever been vacuumed -- not in the hallways, not in the rooms. The room was a bit musty. Let me provide more detail, though. Pros: the rooms were a good size. The staff was great. The room entrances faced an inner central court with an indoor pool. Some rooms even had a balcony that faced the pool. Cons: a bit musty and outdated. The carpets needed to be cleaned or maybe even replaced. The elevators were loud, and a couple of them seemed a bit rickety.

Flooring. It just needed to be cleaner.

Clean

Very comfortable and neat

We drove in from Massachusetts and the hotel was very easy to find with ample parking. The check-in process was a breeze. The previous hotel that we stayed at (not HI) took at least 25 minutes to check us in. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Everything was to our liking. It's too bad we didn't have a longer stay.

There was no breakfast

Better bathroom. Toilet too low.
