Locația este amplasată chiar la malul mării . Dimineața am putut vedea răsăritul . În câțiva pași se ajunge pe nisip. Noi nu am venit pentru plajă , am venit pentru a vedea și a asculta marea . Și am avut noroc de valuri puternice și zgomotoase . Noi am avut un apartament pentru patru persoane care are un dormitor cu un pat dublu mare și confortabil și un living cu canapea extensibila și o chicineta dotată cu cele necesare . Totul este curat și cu mult bun gust .

Clădirea nu arată prea bine la exterior , am fost puțin dezamăgiți ( ne așteptăm la o clădire nouă) , dar am fost recompensați când am intrat in apartament . Deasemenea, liftul este cam micuț (2 persoane) .

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL apartment in a fantastic location. It is spacious, light and airy, beautifully decorated and furnished and has a very big balcony. The sea views are STUNNING and the kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and utensils. The place was spotless. Since we were there out of season Eforie Nord was quiet, but that was fine and we ate in a different restaurant every night. The apartment is close to the Ana Hotel Europa where there are treatments available such as mud bath and mud massage.

The apartment was clean. The view from the balcony was very nice.

The armchair was broken, also the flushing mechanism from the toilet was defective. Also, maybe because it is end of season, the building was not in a very good shape - broken tiles in the downstairs yard and on the staircase, the small pool was not maintained, the place looked a bit deserted - which has its own charm, but then the price should go down accordingly.

The location was close to the beach. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4 and the view was decent, even if it is from both sides of the building.

The elevator is an adventure itself. All the time you are afraid not to stop between the floors. The heaters are not all working , as some outlet is broken. An AC from a bedroom is completly broken. No heat or cool. The motors from the air vents are making huge noise in a way that you even cannot stay long in one bathroom. The view of the sea from the small balcony is decent to low. If you want great view , you must pick other apt. THis has a quite small balcony with a limited view of the sea. The host was all about the money, no decent understanding on our situation. We had to leave the apartment 2 night before, as the outside noise was killing us slowly, due to some car tunning event, so we had to make a fresh booking somwhere else in the town. The host said he did not care and it is not his fault. Indeed it was not his faut but neither ours, and we had to leave 2 days before checkout. He did not wanted to return the paynment. For sure I will not return there.
