The sleeping area is spread over two levels. The mezzanine floor, reached by stairs from the living room, leads to 2 double bedrooms, served by a modern shower room with double sinks.

charming dwelling is located in a residential location, allows you to

Villa Chianca is located in Urmo Belsito, a residential area on a slight rise between Manduria and the marina of San Pietro in Bevagna.
The location is strategic: the villa is only 2 km from the nearest
beaches, the mouth of the Chidro, San Pietro in Bevagna and the Salina
dei Monaci.
In 10 minutes by car you can also reach the beaches of Punta Prosciutto, Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to September, off season pool's use has an extra cost of euro 500.
- Extra cleaning fee for small pets only euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The additional single pouf bed is suitable for a guest aged 7-16 years and is located in the large bedroom located on the mezzanine floor.
