Hotel Scala d'Oro

Clean and comfortable rooms in the quiet part of town. Around a 10 minute walk from the beach and town centre. Good breakfast. The young lady at reception for check in and check out was a pleasure to deal with

Here is a list of good things. + Free parking. + TV with with limited channels. + Room has a good sound isolation. + Great service. + WIFI works fine. + Modern room. + Spacious room. + Breakfast was excellent.

Here is a list of my feedback that you can use to improve your service. - I was a bit confused during the checkout about minibar. She asked me if I took anything from minibar and I told her that I didn't take anything since the minibar was empty. It was hard to speak with her since she did not speak English, she spoke only German or Croatian. - No USB charging plugs in the room. - Shower head needs to be fixed, since the water pressure is uneven, I am not sure if this is mounted properly.

Very polite and helpful staff, good breakfasts (and also dinners), comfortable and clean room. There was no problem with parking. The pool and the jacuzzi on the top of then building were excellent - it is a pity that the weather was a bit cold in the end of our stay.

The room we booked on the basis of Booking.com 's description should have had a raised toilet seat and also a low bathroom sink (which is useful especially for disabled persons). In real life, the toilet was quite low. We had to buy a toilet raiser in Sibenik: from that time, everything was perfect.
