Locație foarte buna pentru noi ( de asta am ales-o). Foarte aproape de statia de autobuz, de lac, de Coop, de Signalbahn. Camera mare, curata, balcon mare cu vedere spre Chantarella, bucatarie utilata, paturi comode. In zona verde din jurul blocului erau multe veverițe vesele ! 🐿🐿🐿 Acces la spalatoria de la subsol, dar am reusit sa folosim masina doar dupa ce ne-a explicat unul dintre locatari ( dupa indicatiile scrise e aproape imposibil). Cei de la Viva-Ferien au reusit sa rezolve o rugaminte de-a mea pe care le-am adresat-o inainte de a sosi, respectiv.... 7 zile cu soare ! Mulțumim!

Deoarece am stat 7 nopti, nu doar una sau doua, ne-ar fi prins bine inca 1-2 saci de gunoi. Cred că "starter-set-ul" ar trebui calibrat mai bine pe numarul de nopți petrecute.

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, niedaleko wyciągu.

Dostaje sie mały, 35l worek na smieci na tydzień, stanowczo za mało. Musielismy szukać alternatywy.

Great location, no need to use the car, since the apartment is near a bakery and two supermarkets and the lake of St. Moritz is just a few hundred meters away. The start of several hiking trails is within walking distance and, if you want to have a run training session, you can reach the athletics track in a few minutes by feet and have the pleasure to share it with some international elite runners! When I left the apartment, I forgot a bag in it and the staff of VIVA-Ferien staff was very kind, since they found it and shipped it to me. This showed a willingness to improve compared to the passive attitude when I asked for help the morning there was no hot water.

The rental price is quite expensive for just a studio apartment. A sunday morning there was no hot water and the staff of VIVA-Ferien did not help. I expected them to deal with the problem, while they showed a passive behavior, simply replying to my request of help after two hours with a message in which they asked me if the issue was still there. Since I needed to take a shower and I didn't know how to solve the problem, I had to ring the doorbell of my neighbours and ask to call someone who could fix the issue.
