Perfect location if you want an apartment on the walkway. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a fairly long stay (washing powder, dishwasher liquid etc - stuff like that). It’s beautifully decorated - classy but still Agde ;) The owner is incredibly attentive and helpful without ever bugging to allow for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It really felt like a home away from home.
There isn’t a patio (we could tell from the pictures but it is a downside relative to neighbours - I’d say this is made up for in value for money though!!!) and I think the owner should add a broom (there is a vacuum and a small brush and scoop but taking the vacuum out to get a bit of sand when coming from the beach seems a tad much and the little scooper and brush were a bit tiring). This is absolute nitpicking because I would recommend this place to anyone.

Location was great
Neighbours were very noisy and played loud music and had parties till 5 in morning every night
Showers when taken by neighbours were very loud and would prevent you sleeping. Clearly issue with soundproofing
Wi-fi did not work and although host helpful and tried to fix it was not working the majority of the time
ZZZZ
