- Mini bar (small fridge) in the room was a plus
- Breakfast although simple (coffee and pastry), it was a nice addition, it is a voucher for the local Cafe Forria nearby and it opens at 7 in the morning.
- Neighborhood has an original and interesting vibe
- Relatively clean room with AC, TV and a small safe box
- Basic toiletries and 3 towels included
- Check in from 13:00 was great
- Wifi was good
- Kind host
- There are just a few steps to enter the room, I mention it for people with mobility difficulties
- Room and bathroom were generally clean but some details can be improved like the ceiling in the bathroom
- Bed mattress could be improved in the future with an anatomical one, it would be a great investment

The bathroom is outside the room, not a private bathroom. It's located on the ground floor, the rooms are on the first floor. A lot of moisture (damp) all around the building. I saw a cockroach, a big one, the orange type. It was not full of bugs, but I saw one... For 82 euro, it's a shame. Sorry for the host, she was communicative.
