Encarnación Apartment has been completely renovated and redesigned, offering a fantastic layout with two double bedrooms, each with two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m, and a third bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.50 m x 2.00 m. There are also two full bathrooms and a guest toilet.
The kitchen is modern, separate, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The living room is spacious, bright, and cozy, decorated in a neutral, warm, and luxurious style with attention to every detail. It also features a double sofa bed for extra accommodation.
The apartment is located right on Plaza de la Encarnación, popularly known as ‘Las Setas’ due to the famous Metropol Parasol artwork, where you can climb up and enjoy panoramic views of the entire city of Seville.
Surrounding the apartment, you will find numerous bars and restaurants offering the best Andalusian cuisine, and you are just steps away from key cultural and historical landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. The place was perfect for our group, very clean and they provided everything we needed. We contacted them a couple of times and had quick responses every time. Perfect location, shops, restaurants everywhere, right at La Setas - easy to find. Really nice place especially for a larger group, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment location is perfect. Everything is walkable and there are tons of restaurants, shops and tourist spots you could just easily walk to. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious. The property also had someone who checked in on us before and during our stay; they also gave us amazing and highly recommended tours and flamenco shows.we enjoyed our stay in Seville even more due to the warm welcome and assistance of the host/property manager.
