Did not have the breakfast, so cannot comment, but room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Position fantastic as restaurants, shops, day trip booking companies & waterfront literally steps away . At night very quiet as street level was busy & often with buskers & restaurant noise. Front desk lady very helpful with everything. Rooftop terrace lovely at sunset & ok to bring your own drinks in.
Lift starts on the 1st floor so bag lifting could be an issue for some people with very heavy luggage. Maybe a sign on the corner of the little lane with an arrow would be helpful for locating the hotel, but that might be our bad directions!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town and easy walking for ferries and the airport bus.
Quiet location and the rooftop
Over priced
Lack of facilities ie no bar, cafe or restaurant - which was not advised on booking only a vending machine
Cheap toiletries and room coffee!
Roof top needs an overhaul for guests to enjoy
No warm welcome, very transactional, no advice or information given on arrival
The photos are misleading the rooms are not spacious and needs some tlc
No spare blankets !
