Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2025
Nice big room with good bathroom, staff helpful. Comfortable bed. Beautiful decoration.
Incredibly noisy road in front of hotel. Area not really walkable.
Very loud music (because of the road?) in the lobby, crackling through bad, tired speakers. Please replace the speakers!
Breakfast with plenty of variety but it usually went cold very fast as the food heaters were turned down.
Upstairs restaurants did not have no-smoking areas.

The spacious room & the tub.
didnt alert my request. I've requested for higher floor & city, but I got 5th floor.

- Big room.
- Good location in South Jakarta.
- This was once a very beautiful hotel.
- Staff in general very friendly and helpful
- Unfortunately not well maintained (spots on carpet and wall, black stains in shower, some lights and sockets not working,...)
- Disappointing breakfast (f.e. bread products were stale and obviously not fresh)
- Staff at breakfast are not interested in their job and/or the guests

"Everything, especially the warmth and nice attitude from the all staffs, also the cozy room to stay for spending quality time with family."
