Love the location! Owner was extremely responsive and the property managers were great.

Very well designed and clean condo right on the beach. Beautiful interior decor and furniture with great kitchen with everything you would need on vacation. We loved the stay. One recommendation we would make is replace the master bedroom mattress due to its age and major deformation.

Great location with a nice view. Very clean and well furnished. Loved the "nook" with the small sleeper sofa. Only one constructive comment .... master bedroom mattress probably should be replaced.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy staying at Sand Cay. We had two issues this time: we had a dangerously faulty outlet in the second bedroom where young children slept. We called Monday morning but the problem wasn't taken care of. We had to call back Tuesday morning and soon after we called the problem was fixed. We stayed in unit 320 and the elevator was not working when we left on 1/18. Someone from the office said they would send someone up to help us with our large suitcases Thursday morning but no one showed up.
