Hotel La Principessa

Die Zimmer waren sehr gross und boten viel Platz. Auch das gesamte Anwesen hat uns sehr gut gefallen und das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand an einem Abend eine Hochzeit statt, wodurch es etwas lauter wurde und auch ein Feuerwerk stattfand. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass das Hotel uns bereits im Voraus darüber informiert und sich vorsorglich für mögliche Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt hatte. Diese transparente und aufmerksame Kommunikation haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Der Strand besteht eher aus Kieselsand, was persönlich nicht ganz unserem Geschmack entspricht. Das liegt natürlich an der Lage und ist reine Geschmackssache. Wer Zeit am Strand verbringen möchte, sollte am besten Wasser und alles, was man sonst noch benötigt, direkt mitnehmen. Vom Hotel aus muss man ein kleines Stück bis zum Strand laufen und direkt dort gibt es keine Restaurants oder Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben besonders die grosszügigen Zimmer, das schöne Anwesen und das freundliche Personal positiv in Erinnerung.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy, and gluten-free options were available, which I appreciated. The facilities were very clean, and the beach and beach amenities were great. The location was very good, and although it wasn't within walking distance of nearby towns, it was very close to drive. I also appreciated that parking was free and conveniently located, since a car was required.

The room was a bit dated, but still very comfortable. Would have appreciated some sort of bar service or lido service at the hotel facilities at the beach if a drink or snack was desired, rather than having to walk back to the hotel. Also, our booking provided free access to the hotel pool and cahirs/umbrella which we did not use; however, we were charged daily rates for use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. It might be useful to give clients the choice if they do not use the pool facilities. Wifi was not always consistent.

L’ingresso alla struttura, in particolare per chi viene da nord, molto problematico, vista la linea continua inoltre poco segnalato

The location is beautiful and the property is beautiful.

The staff was not very helpful and we were told that because we booked through booking.com That we didn’t get beach access included in our price. Felt looked down upon because we booked through booking.com. Lots of rules for use of the pool. Must wear a swim cap and no splashing in a pool?
