The beautiful, majestic building is situated right by the sea. I chose it because I like to hear the waves as I sleep. The apartment had everything I needed on holiday, it also has a basic kitchen so you can have a continental breakfast or a salad for lunch. The owner of the hotel was a lovely host, I hurt my leg on day one and she called me every day to see if I needed anything! I had a wonderful stay there, plus it's near the train station and Chiavari centre which are a few minutes walk away. It also has a superb restaurant below! I strongly recommend it!

Frühstück war nicht gebucht. Die Lage war fantastisch direkt am Meer und der Strandpromenade. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das defekte Lavabo wurde umgehend repariert. Das Geschirr vom selbst zubereiteten Frühstück wurde gereinigt wieder vor dem Zimmer platziert. Super Service!
Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine sanfte Renovation vertragen. Im Badezimmer war das Lavabo verstopft und der Duschkopf etwas verkalkt und nur schwierig aufzuhängen. Das Badezimmer ist allgemein sehr eng vor allem für grosse Menschen.
