The facilities, the location.
Bathroom is small and not fully isolated, making it difficult to use with someone else in the room

Everything was great! The facilities and the room were very clean and had a great vibe. The room was equipped with everything a visitor needs, like electronic devices, water and some snacks! Also the staff was very helpful and quick to help us with everything!
The only thing we disliked about the room is the fact that the bathroom/toilet was very small and very close to the location of the bed, with only a thin door separating them.

Clean, close to the metro , has kitchen and fridge, 20-25 minutes walt to Santiago bernabeu, 30-40 minutes walk to the center (metro 2-3x time faster)

Flat ends up being different from the pictures and didnt have a balcony as stated it would.
Positive point fro having free lockers to keep the bag.
