The manager, Ana, and her staff went out of their way to make sure we were more than taken care of. We had such a great stay and would highly recommend. We will definitely stay again the next time we are here.

The hotel was a decent mid-range option. It was clean and well-maintained. The location wasn't bad, although we had to walk through a couple of small streets to reach the main area. Overall, it was a good stay and good value for the price.

The breakfast didn't stand out from the standard you'd get in Tbilisi. The hotel is well located, within walking distance of a metro station and a bus stop. The hotel's common areas look exclusive, but unfortunately the rooms are a bit of a letdown.
Compared to how the hotel presented itself on Booking, the reality is somewhat worse. The stay is spoiled a bit by things like a bathroom door handle that keeps falling off, so you sometimes can't get out of the bathroom, or the squeaky sliding door of the shower. It wouldn't take much to make the impression noticeably better.
