Home2 Suites By Hilton Jackson Flowood Airport Area

Close to home where I was having renovations. Close to shops and restaurants. Dedicated spot for dogs.

Noisy when trying to sleep. The AC kept kicking off and the room would get up to 78°. The shower didn’t work.

I liked the location , and the comfort and safety feeling at the property

I really felt all my needs were met

Clean, great location, surrounded by all the necessary stores

Staff could’ve handled things better. One room was already paid for online. When we checked in we thought we were paying for the 2nd room when Nicey was given my husband’s card. The 2nd room wasn’t ready because of a late checkout, so it was being cleaned. We weren’t told that she was charging the card only for incidentals. So when I called to see why I wasn’t able to check in online to get a digital key for the 2nd room, another lady, her name was something like Nisha or something. She has a habit of over talking you and having an attitude instead of listening to customers. Other than working on the staffs’ communication skills, the hotel was great.

Cleanliness and nice staff
