Exactly as advertised. Clean and themed. Easy and Positive Check-In Process & Communication(s) with owners. We had a great stay!

This property was the best you can get , Disney themed , beautiful, past reviews don’t do it justice. I would as use anyone going to Disney looking for a villa to look no further and book this immediately. Great for kids too and adults . Even a games room. It’s beyond excellent, and I will recommend all day long . You will not find better .

Great property within miles from the parks. We didn't have any issues and enjoyed our family vacation!

Maybe I am biased because our last Vrbo experience was so amazing but this time just didn’t feel “great” The trash was never taken out prior to our arrival and their were flies all over the outside trash can. The smell leaked into the front of the house and the game room was filled with flies we couldn’t even enjoy it. The foosball table was assembled backwards as well so we couldn’t use that. The bathrooms besides the master were a lot smaller than I expected and not the cleanest. The actual living space was large and spacious for my family of 8 to relax comfortably, but it wasn’t left the cleanest with dirt and hair clips on the ground. On arrival the house was so hot we could not relax but it did cool off after a few hours. There were a lot of ants in the master bathroom and a couple lizards in the house but I guess that’s Florida. We had no problems with the pool and we’re able to enjoy that. We did see a grill listed in the amenities but there is no grill. As far as distance from Disney it was a quick easy drive to the parks closer even than when we stayed on property previously. I wanted to leave an honest review because I felt the previous reviews to be misleading.
