The gentleman that lead us to our room was so lovely!
Literally nothing.

The room was HUGE. Had everything a person or family of 4 could want for a visit. Lots of room, patio, full kitchen, two bathroom only 1 shower, washer and dryer, etc.
Two things had to go up/down stairs wherever you went. Which for us at 70 y.o. isn't bad without suit cases but, with suit cases its a chore. There is an elevator on stairway that crosses a main street but smells worst than a WC.
The other is there is no market or food shop nearby. Believe the closes was about 10 minutes away.
Obviously, neither is of our problem is caused by EMA, its just the location of EMA.
If you have no problem walking, don't let it deter you.
Pillows were a little for us way to soft, personal preference.

Convenient for walking into town and the train station. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were wonderful as were the cleaners. Great shower and fans to keep the space cool.
The pillows were too soft and there was no alternative in the wardrobe.
It would be great to have some basics salt, pepper, olive oil, cling film, foil and cleaning spray. Also some coasters for cups and placemats to protect the surfaces.

Location is good but not great. Close to the train and bus station is great but old town is about 20 min walk. And there is nothing around 3-5 min walk.
Apartment size is nice but the furniture is basic and not comfortable at all. They can upgrade the mattresses, provide extra pillows, get some cushions for the couch, and most importantly if possible add AC. It was 90 degree Fahrenheit everyday and just a basic fan does not cut it.
Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms while far away from the bedrooms were clean and nice.
See above.
