The lodge is a bit out of town, but within walking distance, so it feels like being in the countryside. It's nice and quiet at night, there is plenty of room to park. The breakfast, as mentioned in other comments, is fantastic and can be eaten outside under a lovely canopy. A great place all round

We had a wonderful time! The location is great, and the hosts took care of everything we needed - and even more. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Ethno Lodge AB and happily give it 5 stars. The location is very close to Virpazar, while the setting feels peaceful and beautifully surrounded by nature. The apartment was cosy, nicely laid out and spacious. It also had a very pleasant terrace overlooking the garden. We enjoyed having our dinner there. The absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast, lovingly prepared by the grandparents of the property. It was hearty, delicious and clearly made with a lot of care. The setting was peaceful, beautiful and surrounded by greenery. It was actually the first time in our lives that we had breakfast under a kiwi tree! We definitely recommend it!

Just a couple of small details worth mentioning. The apartment had a baby cot already set up, which we didn’t need, so for us it took unecessary space. The small kitchen is lovely and charming, and having a few additional pieces of cookware, such as a regular frying pan, would make it even more practical for guests who want to cook.

Breakfast was served in the garden and it was substantial. Unique setting.

You need a car to stay here. Chalet are quite dark but they are cool. We did the speedboat trip that’s Available with the lodge but it was too expensive our guide didn’t have much English so there was no information about the lake. Wildlife etc
