A bright and airy 2 Rooms property. The unit has 1 bedroom with king size bed , wardrobe Tv 32 inch lcd and it's own exit to the veranda.
1 bathroom, including Sink,mirror,bidet, wc, and shower .
Living room settee bed, lcd television air con, table and 4 chairs. Leaving room also connect to the veranda where you have a fantasic view of the sea and hills , also space for al fresco dinning with table and 4 chairs
The kitchen area has all the utensils and equipment needed for a self catering holiday including iron , 4 gas ring hob microwave integrated fridge freezer
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no wheelchair access and no lift. There are 3 flights of around 8 or 9 steps up to the apartment.

The apartment is less than 2 km from San Pietro a Mare, where you can kitesurf year-round (wind permitting ;-). If you're interested, let me know before your arrival so I can let you know if lessons or equipment rental is available.

Located in north-western Sardinia, the Province of Sassari overlooks the Sardinian Sea and borders with the Provinces of Oristano and Nuoro to its south, as well as by the Province of Olbia-tempio in the east. The province comprises of 66 communes, including some of the most beautiful touristic resorts: Castelsardo, Alghero and Stintino, in addition to the Island of Asinara and Valledoria.
Valledoria is hidden along Sardinia's northern coast and situated in the middle of the valley of the Coghinas River. Beautifully surrounding by gentle hills and the Gulf of Asinara. An excellent position to easily reach the most famous surrounding destinations including Castelsardo, Mimosa Bay, Isola Rossa and Costa Paradiso.
If you decide to head east, you will arrive in no time at the Maddalena Archipelago and the Emerald Coast.
