Friendly staff who speak several languages and quickly put you at ease despite you having problems with paying via booking con app. Clean comfortable room and shower. Secure car park.
I've been here previously and will revisit.
Nothing.

Excellent location. Great proximity to the tram. Quiet ! Immaculately clean. Secure parking. Well designed spacious rooms.
A warm welcome from Lucy on reception who was very helpful. General Manager was kind and sourced Gluten Free products for breakfast. Rooms spacious and immaculately clean. Value for money. Highly recommend and we will return.
Having to leave.

The bed was comfortable
In the iphone map app the hotel is not under "Best Western" but "Hotel Gardenia Bordeaux Ouest." The address kept putting me in a neighborhood. Really inconvenient. Also, bathroom was handicap not requested, the shower had to be handheld, inconvenience. I put a do not distrub sign up and they knocked on the door waking me up.
