The villa exceeded our expectations the moment we walked in. The host was fantastic, and there was so much space for all 9 of us. The pool area and BBQ area were easily the highlights, and we never once ran into hot water issues even with a full house showering. They stocked plenty of towels and even had drinks waiting for us on arrival. The sunset views were amazing, and Chania was an easy drive or taxi ride away. Halfway through our 8 day stay they came by to refresh the towels, clean the pool, and change the sheets, which was such a nice touch.

Honestly, nothing. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

The house was beautiful, incredibly clean and well equipped. We were a party of 8, two families of 4 (all adults) and we had plenty of space. Antonis was a fantastic host and promptly responded to any messages before arriving and during our stay. I would say you probably need a car, it’s about a 30 minute+ walk to the centre of Chania, although getting taxis was not a problem. The locals in Chania are so friendly and this was the case everywhere in Crete that we went. We had the most amazing time and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

The only small issue would be a couple of the beds were quite hard, but this is down to personal preference!

pool was small and walk to old town was too far.

Stunning view, very well maintained, spacious and comfortable. Secure, shaded integral parking garage. Amazing BBQ & pizza oven area with plenty of seating for hosting. Well stocked supermarket within short walking distance. Communication with the owner was clear and helpful.

A little too far out of Chania Town to regularly walk in for restaurants and other amenities, meaning a drive into town and having to find parking which can be a challenge! However that is the price of the peace and quiet on the hillside which on balance is well worth it.
