The family room is amazing, cosy, comfortable and fully accessorized for a long stay with kids. The coop supermarket is so easy with the kids. Great breakfast with gluten free aware

Lovely modern 2 room apartment that was really comfortable!

Lovely hotel. Great decor. Great size rooms and the studio apartments were also excellent. Restaurant staff are incredible and the food delicious. There aren’t many places that have a team as charming and united as the team at the restaurant Piz in Flims. They were excellent. The Spa & gym a bonus! Staff wonderful. Excellent parking. Loved the bar lobby area with the ping pong table and super lobby and bar staff. It was our second time and we will come again!!! The hotel has a cinema!!! Helpful to have the super market and children’s indoor activity centre in the same complex. We also enjoyed an aperitivo up on the sun deck. Music was a little loud up there however I’m sure for some people it wasn’t. The space and drinks plus game boxes for kids were great with a superb view! We even partook in a prosecco tasting.

The location is the only bright spot really. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.

Ridiculous internal arrangements of the darkly lit rooms with basins, shower and toilet with dark glass between all three!! Horrible "abattoir chic" carpet and useless furniture in the room replicated throughout the hotel. No internal telephone in room - one has to send messages!! Fridge and safe were non-functioning on arrival and not repaired during our stay. Great location with resort lifts within yards of the back of the hotel. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.
