The Princess Victoria

The staff were all excellent. Any staff we dealt with were amazing. The bar staff and the housekeeper were all super-friendly, chilled and helpful. We were really well looked after and made us feel very welcome. The bar is really quaint and the restaurant is brilliant. The room has a very beautiful charm. However, the main reason I decided to stay here was because of the Vegan options on the menu...and they were awesome. I was very happy and the whole place exceeded my expectations. The happy hour in the bar and the discounts in the restaurant are also fab!! Loved our stay.

Nothing

Cleanliness, comfort - staff were lovely

No hairdryer. Location was a bit out of tgevway

Nice room, every day clean towels. 15 minutes walk to Metro (shepards Bush market). A lot of shops/mini supermarkets for eating and drinking.

Good staff and clean

I’d been given the impression that it was nearer to Wembley from booking.com No mention of for flights of stairs to the room. I have limited mobility and no assistance was offered to get to the room.
