Hampton Inn (not a Hilton Affiliate) Camp Hill - Harrisburg SW

The staff, both at night and in the morning were so friendly. Overall, the facility was clean and comfortable. The price was fantastic for a single overnight. Breakfast was aa expected (with Continental choices plus a waffle machine)

The place needs some update and repairs, but for what it is, it is well cared for. It's more like an old time motel, where you feel safe, not seedy (it's in a neighborhood). Worth the price and what I expected.

Staff was very attentive and friendly. Centrally located ice machine.

Could use a better juice selection. There was only apple and it had started to turn.

This facilty is a motel. Don't let the name fool you. fooled me! me! Most rooms have an outside entrance. They're is a 2nd story for part of the building. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. Outlets were scarce. No place to hang towels in bathroom or to plug in nightlight (lights needed to be on to use outlet). Shower bare bones. No place to put soap or shampoo except on the shower floor. Only gave 2 towels even though our reservation said 3. We asked for another towel and they gladly gave it. However, when housekeeping came that day, they took 3 used towels and only gave us 2 back. Ugh! The temperature setting on the air conditioner was not working so we had to shut it off so we didn't freeze. Breakfast was bad. Not enough offered, weak coffee and no cream, just skim milk or powdered creamer. Yuk. I'm not usually this critical but this was nothing more than a bare bones motel. It was not what was advertised on Booking.com.
