Small room but in line with expectations.

This is a beautiful place in a great location. As others have commented, the room is small.but everything is very well planned and we had everything we needed. Glenn was very helpful. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay

Communication ahead of our stay was very good indeed and the property was exactly as advertised and explained. Given the size of the room, the owner had done very well to make sure all essential needs were catered for, and the room was immaculately clean. Location is great.
The price was high given the size of the room (which the owner had been 100% upfront about in advance - and had been accurately represented on the website). However, this expense is pretty much the going rate for Kyle and reflects more on the exorbitant costs of accommodation in this part of the world than as an example of an individual outlier.

The room was very well fit out but was smaller than I had anticipated (although it's size was advertise). The view from the window over the loch was great. The facility of eating places within 5 minutes walk was also very good
Parking on a public street is not ideal and spaces among local residents had to be managed
