The staff was ery helpfull and always responded to our requests. It was a very convenient place for Madhu pilgrimmers and sight seens at Thaleimannar and Mannar. The management tried their best to keep us happy. Also management found out they have overcharged me made a refund by contacting me.
The showers were not really safe and not designed well. As it was one night stay it didn't bother us much.

The staff is super friendly. There was a small issue in the room allocated for us. They quickly changed it to a better room with no additional cost. Beds were comfy. Bath room is clean. The hot water shower is functioning properly. Food is authentic, really delicious. Breakfast is wholesome and fulfilling.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was not open due to a late finishing of a refurbishment, however they provided food and it was good. Our room was spacious, clean and perfectly functional.
All in all this is a good place to stay

The room was spacious and clean. wash room must refurbished.
The outer view is very poor. Though the room is fine the corridor is damaged. stairway too must need some more modfication. If they can place some flower pots in the balcony it may make it clean looking.
Meal arrangement must be improved.
