Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park"

I had such a beautiful vacation at Pickalbatros Sea World Marsa Alam, and honestly, it was a truly special experience. The level of service and care throughout the hotel made us feel so happy, comfortable, and welcome. It’s the kind of experience that is not easy to find just anywhere. My kids were so happy, and seeing them enjoy every moment made the holiday even more special for me. One of the things I loved most about this hotel is that there is something for everyone. You can find peaceful spots to relax, enjoy some quiet time, and simply chill, but at the same time, there are plenty of places for entertainment, activities, and fun. I really loved this balance because it makes the hotel suitable for all kinds of guests, whether you are looking for relaxation, fun, or a bit of both. I would like to thank the entire team for all their hard work and for the wonderful memories we made. From the reception team, who were always professional and welcoming, to the restaurant staff, housekeeping, animation team, and lifeguards everyone did an amazing job. The lifeguards deserve special appreciation because they were always around and attentive, which gave me peace of mind while my kids were swimming in the pools or enjoying the sea. The whole hotel is clean and well cared for, and you can see the attention given to even the smallest details, from the gardens and green spaces to the overall atmosphere. These little things really make a big difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort that goes into making guests feel so good. For me, this is not a place where I want to say goodbye. I would rather say “See you again soon, my favourite place!” ❤️ Thank you for everything and for giving us such beautiful memories. We will definitely be back!
