love the kind and friendly staffs! good place to stay, clean room and good service.
No iron in the room. BUT the hotel did prepare designated area for laundry & iron at different floor.
ALSO, I wish I knew before making my booking, the main road to the hotel, which is Jalan Alor will be close for night market, starting 4pm. Anyway still okay for grab to come just need to walk a bit.

We had 2 adults and two teenagers one room, the room was big enough and the beds were very comfortable.

The location was great and I chose it for this reason. Amenities were as expected in the room and pretty standard really but as mentioned as expected. It is a good value for money hotel based on the location.
It seems that the hotel has not been refreshed for a while following the acquisition by ibis. Would be good to fix some matters such as the bidet which was leaking each time we used it or the eating area in the restaurant which was really bad and not clean..the toilets were really dirty in the common area.
