Location Value Comfort Cleanliness (Room cleaning service was “very good.”) Very good beautiful resort and value for money.

· BASIC SERVICE – Room cleaning service was very good, but the other staff service needs a big improvement. Since the TV remote had some issues, For the in-room dining menu card, just to get a physical food menu card to the room, it took 1 hour and 7 follow-up calls with the room service/reception. · TV/HDMI – The TV has all features but was not connecting to the HDMI and the TV remote had some issues. I informed the staff, and they said they would inform the technician, but it has been 3 days and no technician showed up to the room. I cant keep calling them repeatedly to request these. · BABY CRIB – I asked for a baby crib before arrival and confirmed it with the duty manager through emails, but nobody followed up asking if I got a baby crib. I informed them at the desk once while checking in; they said they would check and arrange it, but they forgot. Being fed up, I left it too. This is the kind of service that I experienced during the stay. Though the resort mentions that these facilities are available, it was messed up due to the poor staff service. And to top it up, I got an email from them 2 days later saying “Hope you got your crib arranged,” though it was not done. Though all facilities are available in the resort, it was a bad experience due to the staff service and repeated follow-ups asking them for the same things and still not getting them done.

at the time of booking, i have booked with breakfast option, but while check-in, they have told breakfast needs to be paid seperately

Too much food in buffet ,needs to be speciality À la carte big Menu should be exclusive Can be separate for lunch dinner with set menu

Overall the stay at Resort was Good, except for the Hi-Tea and Dinner. The Breakfast was very good.

Lot of Marriage Party Guests in the Resort had gate crashed in Hi-Tea by Beach and as a result our group did not get anything proper to eat and drink. Further the Dinner Buffet was not satisfactory and up to the mark.
