This is a lovely home with a terrific hostess. She was so attentive and sent texts prior to our arrival with suggestions to make our stay even better. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, so peaceful. I also enjoyed the downstairs sitting area.
I liked this B & B very much but it's not for everyone. The rooms are small and bathroom is shared, rather than present within the unit. There isn't an elevator and the rooms are all upstairs. We didn't have a problem making the climb but if you have mobility problems this is not the place for you.

The inn keepers are lovely. We felt very welcomed. We were in room 14, which was great. We had a corner room with corner windows looking out over the marinas/shore.
The road is on an incline - but not difficult to walk. I highly recommend having luggage delivered from the ferry to the inn, and when leaving…from the inn to the ferry.

The location was great.
The room was extremely small. Hardly enough room for our luggage. No storage space. Shared bathroom with 6 other rooms was awkward, but we managed. The bathroom sink was the smallest we have ever seen. Tub with surrounding shower curtain was something out of the 1940s. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Little to none hospitality for a so called bed and breakfast.
