We chose the this condo because it was all one floor so it was easy for my somewhat mobility impaired wife. Upon arriving there were 7 steps up to get in the condo that was not in the pictures or the description. One other thing to note is that the beds are qjite high for anyone that 5 feet tall. Foutunately, there was a step ladder that my wife used to get in and out of bed for the week.

Trash cans were full when we arrived on Saturday, July 20, and were not emptied until Wednesday, July, 24. We have vacationed in Palmetto Dunes many times over the last eight years, this is the only problem we have encountered.

We plan on renting the same one next had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the back deck.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So, while the property was beautiful, and in a really great location, we experienced persistent issues with roaches during our stay. The property management company sent someone to rectify the issue with a can of Raid (I could have done that) until they realized that the issue was more serious than they initially thought. They did send an exterminator, which eventually solved the problem. SO, while the home was beautiful and clean, we did not have a relaxing stay due to the bug issues.
