Beautiful, clean, perfect location. Our family has a blast. It’s like a second home for us

This is the second time I've rented this property. The location is perfect. The pool is right across the street, and it is within walking distance of the people I come to visit. The kitchen is well-equipped. The property is well-furnished and easily seats 18 on the first floor and another 6 outside. Highly recommend; I will rent it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for a buddy's golf trip. It's a two-minute walk to the course and restaurants. After golf it was great to have the pool and hot tub across the street. The property is in great condition and really nice. I Would highly recommend this property for a golf trip or a family trip.

We have stayed at The Ledges before and enjoyed our time away. This trip was no exception, except... Upon arrival we noticed very dirty stairs leading up to the second floor. Not a little dirty, like a LOT dirty. Multiple bunk beds we're covered in sand and had pilled sheets. Master comforter had quite a few stains. Living room rug needed to be vacuumed, which we did (but not my favorite thing to do first thing on vacation). Pantry had all the essentials and it was nice to have a grill. We had fun playing pickleball, but be prepared to fight people for a turn on the courts. Pool was supposed to be heated- it wasn't- and the hot tub was green for the first two days, so we were only able to use it the last day. I contacted management and all I got was an apology. A little disheartening when you spend that much on a unit.
