Very nice property and great location in general
We were given the wrong code and wrong apartment number, also the address given on booking wasn’t (different address and google maps link). All of this made of check a nightmare, over 1 hour trying to find what our apartment actually is.

Large apartment, good location a short walk from Sao Bento station.
Wi-fi excellent.
Comfortable bed.
Very easy check-in.
- Having a kitchen is great, but no cutlery was provided. Therefore couldn't use said kitchen until I'd found a shop selling some, meaning a McDonalds on the first night and no breakfast on the first morning. May sound petty, but having paid extra to book a property with a kitchen, it's disappointing not to be able to use it!
- Huge bed is great, but again rendered fairly pointless if the two tiny pillows only cover half the width!
- No soap in the kitchen or bathroom. Shower gel in the bathroom so not the end of the world, just a minor inconvenience.
