Balconi sul mare

Everything! Room was super clean, the mattress was super confortable that I want to buy one for myself, room with a very good size and had all we needed. Beautiful view of the sea and short walk to the beach and historic centre, but what we did like most was the kindness we were treated by Giacomo and Chiara, they are absolutely wonderful people. Breakfast was amazing, he brought us a different treat everyday. Also, paid attention on things we liked most like my coconut yogurt and almond milk. I recommended to stay with them 1000%. I will definitely go back to stay with them. Thank you so much Giacomo and Chiara, you both are stars!!! Lots of love, Carla and Mark.

Further into town than we thought but easy walking

Exceptional hosts and a truly unforgettable stay Giacomo and Chiara were wonderful hosts, welcoming us with such warmth and generosity that we felt at home from the very beginning. Giacomo contacted us before our arrival, helped us with our luggage, and greeted us with genuine kindness and care. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was an absolute delight, featuring fresh pastries, ripe fruit, and delicious Italian delicacies lovingly prepared by Chiara. She even created personalised sweet or savoury options to suit our preferences, making each morning feel extra special. We were also touched by her thoughtful laundry service, which was incredibly helpful. Giacomo also surprised us with little treats in the fridge, including fresh peaches, juicy watermelon, and beautiful sweet figs from his father’s garden. These thoughtful touches made us feel especially cared for and added even more warmth to our stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and ideally located directly opposite the beach clubs, just a short stroll from the historic centre. Throughout our travels across Italy, Giacomo and Chiara stood out as the warmest and most attentive hosts we encountered. Their kindness made our stay truly memorable, and we are deeply grateful for their wonderful hospitality. Thank you both!

We LOVED everything. However there are stairs to the property, which isn't an issue because Giacomo is on hand to assist with luggage.
