The staff are what make this property ! They go above and beyond to help you have the most out of your stay. They are super friendly and were wonderful. The too. Was lovely decorated too. It is also in a fantastic location :)
The room requires some redecoration and fixing a lot of items broken or in disrepair. it could also stand to be a little cleaner we had ants in our room every night and in our bed even though we didn’t have food.

The location was excellent for the old city and the port.
Nice reception and welcome from a member of staff - informed us of things to do in Naples and provided a city map.
Our room looked out onto a small side street and therefore very quiet.
Room very generously sized.
No staff on duty for the majority of the time.
Bed sheets not the best quality.
The shower head was enormous but most of the holes didn’t have any water coming out of it.
Only staying for 3 nights so had limited time to discover the city.
The staff member didn’t alert us to the Archeological museum being closed on Tuesdays and other places of interest booked out for a week ahead. So our plans had to be changed around and our choices were limited
