City Center Hotel

Location excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Our room did not have double bed. The shower was very awkward. Shower head was in the wrong spot and bathtub was dangerous. The bathtub bottom was round and extremely slippery while showering which made standing almost impossible.

The staff are what make this property amazing. We had an unexpected medical emergency the night before checking out and the staff could not have been nicer and more caring. We had to change our plans and stay an extra night and they made this all very easy and stress free. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the two girls on reception during this timeframe but they really were so caring, friendly and efficient. All of the other staff we came into contact with such as those cleaning and in the bar were also excellent. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, so close to everything.

Great location, friendly customer service and kind cleaners. The room was basic but fresh and always cleaned well. Breakfast was okay overall.

The bathroom was quite small and there wasn’t much privacy between the balconies. The most unpleasant experience was during breakfast when a cockroach jumped onto my friend’s dress while we were eating. After that, we felt uncomfortable eating in the breakfast area for the rest of our stay.
