Libero Residence

The apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the subway and situated in a lovely neighborhood with excellent restaurants and cafés that are much less crowded than those in the Old Town. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment, located on the seventh floor, offers a beautiful view. We experienced a few hiccups during our stay, but the staff were always very responsive via chat.

Unfortunately, the walls are not soundproof at all—you can clearly hear people talking in the neighboring rooms. The main door leading to the hallway was never properly closed, and guests coming and going would often let it slam shut, creating a noise that sounded as though it were coming from inside our room. We were also unlucky enough to share the floor with some inconsiderate guests. On two of our three nights (the weekend nights) it was extremely difficult to sleep. People were partying and laughing in an adjacent room, guests were coming and going late at night, around 2 or 3 a.m., and on Sunday morning (7AM!) we were woken up by a Whitney Houston karaoke session at the end of the hallway (at least, they were good at it...). This may simply have been bad luck with the other guests, but better soundproofing—and ensuring that the hallway door closes quietly—would certainly help, particularly if the property is advertised as quiet.

The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated. We were very happy with our stay and everything was as expected. Thank you for making our time in Prague so enjoyable.

Nothing in particular – we were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic location. Good instructions of how to get in and responsive staff online. Beautiful views from the windows.

The photos didnt really match with reality. There was no cooking facilities as suggested online and the rooms were really incredibly basic. Not sure it was great value for money given the choice in Prague. Photos make it look a lot nicer than reality.
