I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was located conveniently by many beaches. They had all kitchen and laundry items needed as well as beach gear in the garage to use. Only AC was in basement main bedroom and did not work well. Place was HOT during the day into the night.

Clean property in convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Accommodating hosts.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse itself was decent. It was located in a relatively quiet location, and had everything needed for cooking, etc versus having to go out to eat every meal. The issues were that the place was rather worn, and things weren't in the best condition. The beds were terrible and provided no support, but otherwise caused body aches and pains for everyone in our party. Also, the ad listed that this unit had AC. It was only in the primary bedroom and no where else. Being a two story unit the upstairs was very hot even with all the windows and sliding doors open. It made it very difficult to sleep until late in the evening/early morning when it finally cooled off.
