Great location and generally a very nice apartment with good sized rooms and well equipped.
This is the only apartment I have ever stayed in where I could not fit into the shower. The enclosure opening was tiny, my trim wife and two very trim teenage daughters found it a tight fit and for example you cant bend over in the tiny cubicle. I could not even squeeze through the gap and had to was using a sink and a bidet. Any body more than 90kg be warned!
